                                                                   一、光纖列微透鏡陣列耦組件:

                                                            光纖陣列微透鏡陣列耦合組件(FA-MLA)是將微透鏡陣列(MLA)與光纖陣列(FA)精對準、集成一體的無源光組件。

                                                                                光纖陣列FA用於多通道光信號的輸入/輸出,微透鏡陣列MLA用於對光信號進行直、聚焦或耦合。

                                                                                微透鏡陣列MLA 具有優異的光學特性,貼合在光纖陣列FA端面後,可有效改善光晶片和光纖之間的信號耦合效率、降低損耗。

                                 二、單通光纖透鏡封裝:

                                    單通道光纖鏡封裝由高精 V 型槽、光纖鏡和連接器組成。可根客戶需求,增加隔離器件。

                                    其中,光纖透鏡可保證高的耦合效率≥85%V 型槽前端的凸台結構,一方面可以精控制工作距離,

                                    另一方面可對光纖透鏡起 到保護作用。

                               三、光纖鏡陣列模

                                 光纖透鏡陣列模組(LFAU)是將多支光纖透鏡按照規定間隔安裝在V型槽(V-Groove)基片上所構成的陣列,

                                       由高精度V型槽、底 板、光纖透鏡、蓋板以及特製膠水經特殊組裝技術製成,可與矽光晶片和波導進行精密對準耦合。

                                                                                                        1.≤40 通道:光纖陣列微透鏡陣列耦合組件FA-MLA與光纖透鏡陣列模組LFAU耦合效率基本相當,均可選用

                                                                                                        2.>40 通道:

                                                                                                                    a)Pitch 127um 光纖陣列微透鏡陣列耦合組FA-MLA),由於邊緣通道離軸距離大邊緣通道微透鏡的

                                                                                                                        球差慧差場曲均明 顯大於中心通道,導致邊緣通道比中心通道耦合效率低 1.0~1.2dB(20%~24%)

                                                                                                                    b)Pitch 85um 光纖陣列微透鏡陣列耦合組FA-MLA),由於 pitch 微透鏡口徑更小對偏心傾斜像差

                                                                                                                        極度敏感 緣通道微透鏡的球差、慧差、場曲遠大於中心通道,損耗差異被明顯放大;

                                                                                                                        導致邊緣通道比中心通道耦合效率低1.2~1.8dB(24%~34%)
